Le comit\u00e9 de francisation \u00a0sera compos\u00e9 de six personnes, incluant trois repr\u00e9sentants de la direction et trois repr\u00e9sentants des travailleur\u00b7euses syndiqu\u00e9\u00b7es d&rsquo;Air Transat.<\/p>\n<p>MANDAT DU COMIT\u00c9 DE FRANCISATION<\/p>\n<p>Les membres du comit\u00e9 repr\u00e9sentant les travailleur\u00b7euses syndiqu\u00e9\u00b7es sont d\u00e9sign\u00e9s pour une p\u00e9riode d\u2019au plus deux ans et leur mandat peut \u00eatre renouvel\u00e9. Une rencontre du comit\u00e9 est pr\u00e9vue chaque six mois pour une dur\u00e9e d\u2019une \u00e0 deux heures. Les membres pourraient \u00eatre appel\u00e9s \u00e0 effectuer certaines t\u00e2ches entre les rencontres, selon les besoins.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 l&rsquo;analyse de la situation linguistique d&rsquo;Air Transat par l&rsquo;OQLF( office Qu\u00e9becois de la langue fran\u00e7aise)\u00a0actuellement en cours :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans le cas o\u00f9 l&rsquo;entreprise est conforme, le comit\u00e9 sera responsable de veiller \u00e0 ce que l\u2019utilisation du fran\u00e7ais demeure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e au sein de l\u2019entreprise et de r\u00e9diger, tous les trois ans, un rapport sur l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019utilisation du fran\u00e7ais dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans le cas o\u00f9 l&rsquo;entreprise est non conforme, le comit\u00e9 sera responsable de r\u00e9diger le programme de francisation qui devra \u00eatre adopt\u00e9 par l&rsquo;entreprise, assurer sa mise en \u0153uvre et r\u00e9diger le rapport annuel de mise en \u0153uvre du programme de francisation jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention du certificat de francisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lors de sa premi\u00e8re rencontre, le comit\u00e9 d\u00e9terminera ensemble un\u00b7e repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7e des travailleur\u00b7euses qui assurera, avec le repr\u00e9sentant de la direction d\u2019Air Transat, le suivi des communications avec l\u2019OQLF.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Les candidatures sont \u00e0 soumettre par courriel \u00e0 <a style=\"color: #ff0000\" href=\"mailto:president@atcomponent.com\" data-cke-saved-href=\"mailto:president@atcomponent.com\">president@atcomponent.com<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Date limite pour soumettre votre candidature, le 1<sup>er<\/sup> juin<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Suite \u00e0 la mise en place du projet de Loi 96, les entreprises ayant un si\u00e8ge social au Qu\u00e9bec doivent mettre en place un comit\u00e9 de fran\u00e7isation. \u00a0Le syndicat PNC a un si\u00e8ge sur ce comit\u00e9.
